Registration for returning families is now open. Please follow these instructions to register your returning swimmer(s):

1. Go to our team website and log in (www.kcswimclub.com)
2. Click this link to register your returning swimmers: 2025 Returning Family Registration
3. Complete the forms, pay your fees, and you are all set!
4. Returning swimmers have priority registration until March 31 when registration will open to new families.

** Volunteer Deposit via SwimTopia Registration **

We are continuing to use a Volunteer Contingency Fee stored during the registration process. The Volunteer Contingency Fee is $100 per shift ($500 total). Important things to know:

• The $500 fee is only a pre-approval on your card. It is not a hold on your card, it doesn’t impact your credit limit and you are not charged during registration.
• You must electronically accept the contingency fee in order to register.
• In the payment section of registration, you will see a “Total Amount Due” and “Total Amount to be Approved.” The “Total Amount Due” is the total you are paying now to register for the swim team.
• During the season, if you no-show for a volunteer shift with no communication, the team will charge $100 per “no-show” on the same card used at registration – that’s where the “Total Amount to be Approved” comes in.
• You will only be charged if you no-show to a volunteer shift. This is NOT a payment in lieu of volunteering. Having your time is our priority and we don't want to charge this fee!

New swimmer? If you have a new swimmer in your family, they must attend a try-out at a swim clinic before you register them for the team. You are welcome to register other returning swimmers now and may add your additional swimmer(s) later.

***Please note:

* Registration is limited to 36 swimmers per session (6 per lane) to ensure a safe and positive swimmer experience. There are separate links for 8 & Under and 9 & Overs, so be sure you are using the correct link.
* Each Sunday clinic will offer a general training session and will not be stroke-specific as we have done in past years. 
* If you have a new swimmer in your family who needs to attend try-outs, register for a clinic ASAP before sessions fill.
* Registration for clinics is final as we cannot issue refunds using the payment feature in SignUp Genius. Please check your calendar carefully before registering.

APPLICATIONS FOR JUNIOR COACHES:
We are accepting applications for junior coaches! Interested candidates should complete this  Online Application. Deadline to apply is Tuesday, March 25th.
